This week, our friends at Seattle Business magazine and Geekwire.com announced the Washington Information Technology Awards, recognizing the people and organizations whose tech innovations continue to position Seattle as an industry hub.
From pillar companies such as Microsoft and Amazon, to established startups like Tableau and Zillow, to up-and-comers HasOffers and AppsJack, technology continues to be a key economic driver for our region. With so much innovation to choose from, we don’t envy the judging panel, selecting winners of Project Team of the Year, IT Leader of the Year, IT Service Provider of the Year, Operations Team of the Year, Geek of the Year, Startup of the Year, Innovation of the Year and the Lifetime Achievement Award.
Technology defines Seattle and Washington as a whole, so enter now to be recognized as the best of the best!
The deadline for nominations is July 1.
There is no cost to enter this competition. Nominees will be selected by a panel of expert judges appointed by Seattle Business magazine and its partners, the Seattle chapter of the Society for Information Management and GeekWire. Winners will be recognized at an event scheduled for the end of October. Winners will also be featured in an article in the November issue of Seattle Business.
*Disclosure: Microsoft and Amazon are Weber Shandwick clients.
